| ATOL and IATA bonding |
| We have an Air Travel Organiser’s License (ATOL - 6283) granted by the Civil
Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL protects you from losing your money or being stranded
abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers
it licenses, and requiring a financial guarantee called a bond, which is lodged
with us. If a tour operator goes out of business, the CAA will make a refund to
you, or if you're abroad, we'll arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home.
For further information please visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. The company is also a member and is bonded by the International
Air Travel Association (IATA - 91257073), which allows us to issue tickets on our
premises in Islington. All RTW airline tickets also include Schedule Airline Failure
Insurance (SAFI) - which will be added to your invoice if scheduled airline flights
are booked. RTW Travel insurance is strongly recommended at all times more |

ATOL - Air Travel Organisers Licensing
ATOL exists to protect the public from losing money or being stranded abroad because
of the failure of air travel firms. It was first introduced in 1972 and it gives
comprehensive consumer protection to 28 million people in the UK who buy flights
or air holidays each year. The company has an Air Travel Organiser’s License
(ATOL - 6283) granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL protects you from
losing your money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks
on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses, and requiring a financial

business, the CAA will make a refund to you, or if you're abroad, we'll arrange
for you to finish your holiday and fly home. For further information please visit
the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk.
CAA - The Civil Aviation Authority
The CAA is a government body that issues Air Travel Organisers Licenses (ATOL).
While the CAA focuses primarily on airline travel, all travel arrangements sold
in conjunction with a flight, will also be protected. |

Schedule Airline Failure Insurance
All our round the world airline tickets on scheduled airlines also include Schedule Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) - which will be added to your invoice when scheduled airline flights are booked. The cover provided therefore enables us to claim back the cost of a refund of the ticket or providing an alternative flight should an airline be unable to fulfil its obligation to its passengers due to financial failure, prior to you travelling or enables us to claim back the cost of providing a return ticket in the event that you are outside the U.K. at the time of the financial failure occurring. However RTW
Travel insurance is strongly recommended at all times (especially if travelling on LCCs - Low Cost Carriers - more here) |
