Dear Stuart I would like to formally acknowledge the help and support that Geoff has provided during what I am sure you will agree has been a very trying time. We were due to leave last weekend on a holiday that we had to put on hold last year due to unforeseen circumstances. The events of last week left us disappointed like thousands of others but unlike many others we had Geoff keeping us advised and trying at every stage to sort things out. I have heard numerous complaints about travel agents/ tour operators but we have received a superior service from Geoff and felt that you should know. Give that man a pay rise - he has been a star !
