Customer feedback from Europe's ash cloud crisis



There are some weeks that travel agents really earn their corn. The last week has been tough for everyone. We'd really like to thank all our passengers for the patience they've shown recently. And you obviously appreciate our hard work. The good feelings are mutual. Thanks again.

I would like to formally acknowledge the help and support that Geoff has provided during what I am sure you will agree has been a very trying time. We were due to leave last weekend on a holiday that we had to put on hold last year due to unforeseen circumstances. The events of last week left us disappointed like thousands of others but unlike many others we had Geoff keeping us advised and trying at every stage to sort things out. I have heard numerous complaints about travel agents/ tour operators but we have received a superior service from Geoff and felt that you should know. Give that man a pay rise - he has been a star !

Just returned from our trip and thought I'd drop you a quick note to say
everything went very well with our flights and the airline managed not to lose
our luggage for once. Probably be in touch in a year or so to plan for 2012.
